If you have purchased an item from us and want to return the item for a refund or exchange for another item please pay attention to our refund policy.

 

• Our Returns Policy lasts for 30 days starting from the momment you purchase your item.
• Should you change your mind about the product, you must return the items to us within the space of 30 days.
• To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

When you place an order it normally takes 24-48 hour to process the order.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and you will be sent a tracking code.

If you place an order above £110.00 you are elligible for free delivery.

For orders below £110.00 the standard postage is £13.00.

Postage will take between 3-5 working days.
